The Bruce Banner strain's journey began with an intense search for standout Sour Kushes and hybrids at the University of Montana, inspired by gifted seeds from JLP and Lonestar. A crucial acquisition was the original Strawberry Diesel from Rez Auction, integrating perfectly with an Original OG Kush cut received in Boulder, 2004, known under various names but essentially the one true OG prior to 2005. This blend of genetics laid the foundation for Bruce Banner.
After returning to Denver and establishing Delta9 in 2008, Bruce Banner made its debut to an eager audience, quickly gaining acclaim. It snagged titles at the High Times Caregivers Cup 2009 and the High Times Cannabis Cup Denver 2014, among others, earning a reputation as one of the strongest strains globally and making the High Times 25 Greatest Strains of all time list.
