Electric Koolaid, developed by Grateful Seeds, is a high-yielding, new-school hybrid originating from an exclusive in-house breeding project. It combines the exotic profiles of Calypso Fruit and Fruitjoy #20, leading to a plant with bushy growth, short internodal spaces, and a complexity in aroma likened to a diverse fruit bowl. This strain is easy to grow, fast-flowering within 7-8 weeks, and produces large colas rich in exotic resin, ideal for extraction processes.
The strain is a cross between Grateful Seeds' Calypso Fruit (Pineapaya x Papaya) and a special phenotype of Fruitjoy (#20 phenotype), discovered by @lakalada, which itself is a cross between Papaya and Barbara Bud. This mix results in a medium-sized plant noted for substantial lateral branching and massive yields, emphasized by its tropical and complex fruit flavors.
